  • Restriction of data processing, provided that we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations,

Purpose of any potential data processing

A transmission of your personal data to third parties does not take place by default. Likewise, your data will not be passed on to commercial or industrial providers.

Deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. After the respective purpose has ceased to apply or these periods have expired, the corresponding data is routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this consent at any time. Such a revocation influences the permissibility of processing your personal data after you have given it to us.

Data collected during the use of this website

This website uses "responsive" programming. This means that its layout adapts to the terminal devices used, for example by displaying columns on smaller monitors (e.g. smartphones) as blocks arranged one after the other instead of presenting them in very narrow columns. When you use the website we only collect data on our server that is transmitted by standard browsers. This data is used exclusively to display our website optimised for the end devices used and to guarantee the best possible stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO).

6.1 Data transmitted as standard

This is the kind of data any standard browser transmitts while using this websites

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Content of the request (concrete page)
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transmitted in each case
  • Website from which the request comes
  • Browser type used
  • Operating system used
  • Language and version of the browser software

These data are stored by us and the operator of the server of our website for a maximum of 7 days. At no time will this data be linked to any other personal data that may be available, i.e. we will not assign this data to you and/or a natural person. The website is programmed in such a way that such a collection is not necessary for its operation; only in the case of a concrete suspicion of a possible criminal offence committed via this website will further storage and forwarding to the criminal investigation authority take place in accordance with the legal provisions.

6.2 Use of cookie technology

In addition to the data mentioned above, so-called "cookies" are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard disk, assigned to the browser you are using, and through which certain information flows to the site that sets the cookie (here by us). Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They are only stored locally on your computer and only serve to make this website more user-friendly and effective. Anyhow, it is generally possible to use our website with a deactivated "cookie" functionality – feature, which can be adjusted in your browser settings.

6.3 Social Media

From a promotional point of view we are not really lucky about that, but in order to avoid complications in terms of the strict data protection guidelines in Germany, we decided not to integrate any social media functions, such as the "Like Button" known from Facebook or other actually useful mechanisms. This means that any services for sharing and further distribution of content have been omitted on this website, as the operator is unable to guarantee appropriate data security or feels in the position to safely exclude any possible promotional use by third parties from other countries involved.

6.4 External web services

Contributions on this website may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, pictures, articles etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited the other website. On our website we integrate web services of external service providers, about whose data processing we inform you in the following. The use of these service providers serves to ensure an attractive and user-friendly website presentation.

6.4.1 Google Web Fonts

This page uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache, a buffer that is used to display text and fonts quickly and correctly. If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font installed on your computer or smartphone will be used.

Note: To do this, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. This enables Google to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in the Google privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

6.4.2 Open Street Maps

(1) On this website we use Open Street Maps technology, a open software equivalent to Google Maps. This usage of Open Street Maps in our Tours through the estates allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.

(2) By visiting the website, Open Street Maps receives the information that you have called up the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under 6.1 of this declaration is transmitted.

(3) Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider's data protection declarations. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy.

6.4.3 Bootstrap-Framework

On our website a web service of the company NetDNA LLC, Cahuenga Blvd Suite 630, 90068 Los Angeles (hereinafter Bootstrapcdn.com) is loaded. If you have enabled Java Script in your browser and do not have a Java Script blocker installed, your browser may transmit personal information to Bootstrapcdn.com: This service reduces the loading time of common Java-Script libraries and fonts because the files are transferred from fast, local or low load servers. Among other things, your IP address is transmitted. The contents of our service and communication are not handled via CDN. For more information on how the transferred data is handled, please refer to the Bootstrapcdn.com privacy policy: https://www.bootstrapcdn.com/privacy-policy/ .

Note: You can prevent the collection and processing of your data by Bootstrapcdn.com by disabling the execution of script code in your browser or by installing a script blocker in your browser. You can find this, for example, at http://www.noscript.net or http://www.ghostery.com).
